Mohan Raikar

Name: Mohan Ramakrishna Raikar
Qualification: B.E (Mech.) Hons.
College: Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute, Mumbai
Experience: Mr. M. R. Raikar has graduated in B.E Mechanical in 1967 and joined Gabriel India Ltd as Tool Room Supervisor. During his tenure with Gabriel from 1967 till 1981, he held several positions and managed a workforce of 350 people. While working in Gabriel, he had an opportunity to obtain training in U.S.A for one year for Technology transfer. He resigned the company in 1981 as Works Manager to start his own factory – Goldy Precision Stampings Pvt. Ltd. in 1982. Mr. Raikar started Goldy Auto Stamping (I) Pvt. Ltd. in 1992 and also Goldy Circlips & Retainer Rings in 2001. Total number of manpower employed in the group is 300. Mr. Raikar was instrumental and successfully developed components and toolings to Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Nasik, for the prestigious MIG 27 Aircraft for the Indian Air Force. Mr. Raikar has developed more than 1000 components for the auto Industry with utmost precision. Most of the components developed are Import substitution. Mr. Raikar is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Goldy group of companies.

Sidhesh Raikar

Experience Passed B.E Mechanical in 1999 and completed M.B.A in 2001. Joined Family on Business in 2001 and Expanded company activities to in many directions. Presently acting as Director – Operations in Goldy Precision Stamping Pvt. Ltd. and also on the Board of Directors for Goldy Finepacks Pvt. Ltd. & Goldy Auto Stampings (I) Pvt. Ltd. Since 2001 Mr. S.M. Raikar has represented company to develop and establish new business associations in U.S.A, Germany, Holland, Taiwan, Japan etc. and has been successful in demonstrating continuous growth.

Jayesh Raikar

Experience: After completing B.B.A worked in Boston as a Logistics Coordinator for a Textile manufacturer in Boston. After couple years of experience came down to India in 2005 to join family Business. Headed Marketing and developed Export Market. Operated and managed Goldy’s Marketing and Sales office Subsidiary in the name of Goldy Outsourcing Inc., California, U.S.A, from 2007 to 2012. Completed Graduate Studies in M.B.A. in mid – 2012. Mr. J. M. Raikar has shifted back to India to head Goldy Finepacks Pvt. Ltd. as Director - Operations. He is also on the board of Directors for Goldy Precision Stamping Pvt. Ltd. & Goldy Auto Stampings (I) Pvt. Ltd.
Along with the above Core team, Goldy Finepacks Pvt. Ltd. is employed with strong team having technical knowledge and relative experience in the field of PET Bottle manufacturing. The Team has been selected purely based on Qualification and Relative experience.
